ABOUT
Meet Dominique Strawn
Founder | Product & Technology Strategist | AI Transformation Leader
Dominique Strawn has spent her career on both sides of the table: as the engineer building complex systems, and as the leader accountable for what gets built and why. That dual perspective is the foundation of how she works.
She began in software engineering before advancing to staff product leadership at Granular and Corteva Agriscience, with consulting experience at Headstorm. Across retail, financial services, and agricultural technology, she has translated between technical teams and business strategy, turning ambitious goals into products and systems that actually ship.
Since 2019 she has taught and mentored in AI through the Mark Cuban Foundation, where she also served on the Board of Advisors, and has led AI product strategy inside enterprise organizations. Her approach pairs deep technology fluency with a people-first view of change, because transformation succeeds through teams, not tooling.
Entrepreneurship has run through her career from the start, and every venture she has built shares the same center of gravity: people. In college, she helped build a sweat equity and donation based company selling collapsible water bottles to support Limbs for Life and local public schools for children as part of an Integrated Business Core practicum, an early lesson in turning an idea into a working business with purpose built in.
Since then, startup experience has run twice more through her career. As cofounder and VP of Engineering of Gnack, the originator of the microinfluencer and social media influencer startup space, later acquired by NeoReach, she helped shape how everyday creators connect with brands online. As the founder of Dear Momma, a maternal wellness technology company, she built and launched the product end to end, often with a nursing baby on her lap, designing around what mothers actually need rather than what technology assumed about them. Across all three ventures, the constant has been human centered design: starting from people's real experiences and building products that make them better. The guidance she offers founders and executives comes from that lived experience, not theory.
Through GigaHer, she brings that combined perspective to organizations making consequential product, technology, and leadership decisions.
